Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund rules for retreat bookings made on klendoris.com. It applies to services provided by klendoris.com (PE), registration code 82457125, located at 15 Lesi Ukrainky Blvd, Kyiv, 01133, Ukraine.

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your booking at any time. Refunds are based on notice:

• 30+ days before start: full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15–29 days before start: 50% refund.
• 14 days or less before start: no refund.

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a retreat, you receive a full refund of all payments within 14 days.

Submit the form below or email contact@klendoris.com with your booking reference. We process eligible refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.

Your Legal Rights

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce', you have rights regarding refunds and dispute resolution. For out-of-court resolution, contact the consumer protection authority. If your booking includes tourism services, Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР of 15 September 1995 'On Tourism' also applies.
